By participating in this retreat, you are assuming all risks and release and hold harmless Independence Initiative, Inc. from any and all liability, claims, and causes of action for any and all property damage, loss, illness, disease, bodily and/or emotional injury, or the consequences thereof, including death, resulting from or in any way connected with your attendance at the the retreat,or your traveling to and from the retreat, or your engaging in any other activities incident to the retreat during the time period of the retreat, whether caused by your actions or negligence or the actions or negligence of Independence Initiative, Inc. or any third parties or otherwise.
